Our machining capabilities are as extensive as our product range. With modern, high-performance sawing, deburring and washing systems, cut-off benches as well as chamfering and turning machines, Hoberg & Driesch and its qualified employees realize the highest customer requirements for the steel trade. The tubes ordered are cut directly to individual requirements - so you receive perfectly ready-to-install sawn parts, you have no residual lengths and no material waste. You supply the drawing and we will adapt the steel tubes to semi-finished products in accordance with the drawing in more in-depth processing steps.

Fixed length cutting

Any type of dimension from our product range can be cut to fixed lengths in our machining center. These can be individually checked for compliance with the customer's length specifications and documented on request, meaning that they can be used directly in production without any further post-processing.

Internal and external machining

• Sawing of fixed lengths for pipe diameters ≤ DN 800
• Oxy-fuel cutting of fixed lengths for pipe diameters > DN 800
• Chamfering of pipe ends
• Beveling and chamfering in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9692-1
• Subsequent annealing, normalizing, soft annealing, or stress-relief annealing
