Energy-efficient pipe processing

Laser cutting enables pipes to be processed in an energy-efficient and reliable manner. Together with our partners, we can offer everything from individual parts for prototypes to large series – we bring your products to life with pipe lasers.

Laser cutting has numerous advantages: Unlike other methods, laser cutting can be carried out without an internal tool. Regardless of the material, the laser process does not cause any sink marks around the hole area.

With laser cutting, any tube shape can be processed, regardless of whether it is round, rectangular or profiled. Cutting across corner radii is no problem with the laser.

Laser cutting for high quality: Integrated weld seam alignment ensures that the hole pattern is aligned in the same way for every component. Changes to the design can also be easily cut by laser beam without tool adjustments.

Special geometries require subsequent trimming. We also rely on high cutting quality using 3D lasers for this process.
